1.1 Eligibility

1.4 Account Dormancy & Deletion

To protect our server resources and user security, the Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts (and associated data) that have remained completely inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. No refunds or reinstatements will be provided for data lost due to dormancy.

2.1 Mock Test Platform Only

BigFrench.com is an online portal providing digital mock tests, question banks, and automated analytics for French language exam preparation. We do not provide live tutoring, video lectures, visa consulting, or immigration advice.

2.2 No Guarantee of Real-World Outcomes

Our mock tests are designed to simulate official exams (e.g., TEF, TCF, DELF), but they are purely for practice. The Company makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding your success in any official examination, academic admission, or immigration process.

2.3 Definition of "Lifetime Access" or "Unlimited Access"

If any product is sold with "Lifetime Access," this legally refers to the lifetime of the specific digital product or the Platform itself, not the lifetime of the purchaser. The Company reserves the right to retire, update, or discontinue products or the Platform at any time. In the event of discontinuation, we will attempt to provide a 30-day notice, after which access will be revoked without refund.

BigFrench.com is an independent educational platform that provides study materials, preparation resources, practice content, and coaching services for individuals preparing for French language proficiency examinations.

BigFrench.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any governmental authority responsible for Canadian immigration policies or decisions.

No Affiliation with TEF or TCF Administrators

BigFrench.com is also not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris Île-de-France, the official administrator of the Test d'évaluation de français (TEF), nor with France Éducation international, the official administrator of the Test de connaissance du français (TCF).

Scope of Our Services

User Responsibility for Official Information

Users are advised to refer directly to the official websites of IRCC, CCI Paris Île-de-France, and France Éducation international for authoritative information regarding examination registration, scoring policies, and immigration requirements.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Share your password, license, or access with any third party.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Platform.
• Upload viruses, trojans, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Use the Platform to harass, defame, or harm the Company or other users.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews about the Platform based on your personal exam failure.

4.1 Instant Digital Delivery

All purchases on BigFrench.com grant immediate access to intangible, digital content. Because this content cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final.

4.2 Zero Exceptions Policy

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to use the tests before their expiration date.
• Dissatisfaction with the difficulty level of the tests or the resulting scores.
• Technical limitations on your end (e.g., poor internet connection, outdated browser, or device malfunction).
• Cancellation or postponement of your actual official French exam by external authorities.

4.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks

If you consume our digital content and subsequently file a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we will treat this as theft. Your account will be immediately terminated, and we will submit your usage logs, IP address, and login history to the payment processor and relevant legal authorities to contest the chargeback.

5.1 Exclusive Ownership

All materials on BigFrench.com–including test questions, audio files, reading passages, answer keys, explanations, UI/UX design, logos, and software–are the exclusive intellectual property of Skyspire Academy Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

5.2 Strict Ban on Copying and AI Training

You are granted a revocable, non-transferable license to view the content solely for personal study. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Taking screenshots, screen recordings, or photographs of the test questions.
• Downloading, copying, or transcribing audio files or text.
• Sharing our content on social media, Telegram groups, forums, or rival platforms.
• AI & Machine Learning Ban: Using web scrapers, spiders, or automated scripts to extract our content for the purpose of training Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, Large Language Models (LLMs), or generating derivative test prep materials.
